About
About Bella Plumbing
A family-owned plumbing business in Powell, run by Chris, a plumber with more than 30 years in the trade.
How I got started
I've been a plumber for over 30 years. I spent about the first ten of those working for big-name plumbing companies.
In that time I saw how those companies treat their customers, and I didn't like it. People were paying a lot more than the work was worth. I didn't want to keep being a part of that.
Why I started Bella Plumbing
More than 20 years ago I went out on my own. The goal was to save people money: do the same work or better, and charge less for it.
That's still how I run the business. I'll tell you what the problem is and what it'll cost before I start, and I'll explain what I'm doing while I work.
Still family-owned
Bella Plumbing is a family business, and I'm the plumber who shows up at your house. I take calls 24 hours a day, so if something breaks at night or on a weekend, you can still reach me.
The big-name companies take advantage of customers. I started my own business to save people money, for the same work or better at a lower price.
